REFUND POLICY

Cancellations or modifications to the reservation must be communicated to Salimar at least 2 days (48h) in advance via WhatsApp at +39 345 80 64432. Salimar will then refund the amount net of bank collection and transfer fees (approximately 3% of the total amount paid by the customer).

In the event of adverse weather conditions preventing the rental or excursion from departing, we will take the following actions: – If an alternative date cannot be offered or if customers cannot adjust their schedule to the new date, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid. – The refund will be made within 48 hours via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer via email to info@noleggiogommonicodacavallo.it. (Cash refunds will be made only for payments received in cash) – We will also attempt to adjust the departure and arrival times on the same day to avoid possible bad weather to the best of our ability. – Changing the date or time does not result in any reduction in the rate or terms of the contract unless the rental/excursion period is shortened. – Once an alternative date has been chosen by the customers, the same cancellation policies will apply to the new date.

Salimar may decide to cancel the rental or excursion on the same day of the booking in the event of inclement weather and sea conditions deemed unsafe, in which case a full refund will be provided. – If weather conditions prevent us from proceeding with the trip and we cannot find an alternative date, nor can we offer a convenient and safe alternative route, we will proceed with the refund of the total amount paid. – The refund will be made within 48 hours via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer via email to info@noleggiogommonicodacavallo.it.
