REFUND POLICY

Cancellation or Modification of Booking:

Cancellation or modification of the booking must be communicated to Salimar at least 2 days before (48 hours) the event via WhatsApp at +39 345 80 64432.

In case of timely cancellation or modification, the refund will be processed by Salimar net of bank collection and transfer fees, amounting to approximately 3% of the total amount paid by the client.

Adverse Weather Conditions:

If weather conditions prevent the departure of the rental or excursion:

  • If it is not possible to offer an alternative date acceptable to the clients, Salimar will proceed with the refund of the amount paid.
  • The refund will be processed within 48 hours, via bank transfer, to the account indicated by the client via email to info@noleggiogommonicodacavallo.it. (Refunds will be made in cash only for payments originally received in cash.)
  • Salimar will try to adjust the departure and arrival times to avoid bad weather, if possible, on the same day of the event.
  • Changing the date or time will not result in any reduction in the rate or contract conditions unless the rental/excursion time period is reduced.
  • Once an alternative date is chosen by the clients, the same cancellation policies will apply to the new date.

Cancellation by Salimar:

Salimar reserves the right to cancel the rental or excursion even on the day of the event in case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

If weather conditions prevent proceeding with the trip and it is not possible to find an alternative date or offer a safe and comfortable alternative route, Salimar will proceed with the refund of the total amount paid.

The refund will be processed within 48 hours, via bank transfer, to the account indicated by the client via email to info@noleggiogommonicodacavallo.it. (In this case too, refunds will be made in cash only for payments originally received in cash.)
